ISL has a great work atmosphere. Brilliant people to work with, with a nice attitude and flexible work culture. It's a great place to work if one wants a balanced work life and doesn't want a lot of upheavals in the workplace.
Slow growth career-wise. Need to wait for one's chances, and it's usually round-robin.
Continue doing what is good. Try to change the things which don't work out.
