Cons

Hire and Fire policy: every year or two years, mandatory layoffs will happen.

Employees will be picked by PM based on some random criteria, tagged as low performers, and forced to resign. There's no option for internal transfer.

Too much favoritism.

Internal politics.

No proper HR team. Anything required must go through some AI bot, which will take eternity to get what we need.

No proper knowledge transfer will be given, as they are scared people will learn and replace them.
