I was provided a test to help demonstrate my ability to write and edit. Fair, straight, adequate. They asked questions about background, commitments, and willingness to go the distance for a project.

There will be two interview runs. Each run will last for one hour. Additionally, they may ask you to speak in English to test your English capability. They will try to understand your personal interests and expectations for the job.

There are multiple levels of interview, including personal discussion, technical evaluation, and managerial discussion, to check suitability for the offered job profile. Some checks may be essential in terms of performing the role.
