Flexible Wfh, Company Turmoil
I love the flexibility of being able to work from home.
Lack of any real management. Lack of annual pay increase. Company is in complete turmoil, no job is safe. Multiple layoffs (IBM calls it an Employment Action) has morale at an all-time low.
Management needs to stop getting rid of qualified employees just because they are more expensive than recent graduates.
No one is going to want to work for a company that fires you because you become an expert at your job.
