The process took too long for the job required. I was asked about things that I felt did not relate to the job. There was only one interview for me, but from my understanding, there were multiple interviews down the line.

There are multiple levels of interview, including personal discussion, technical evaluation, and managerial discussion, to check suitability for the offered job profile. Some checks may be essential in terms of performing the role.

I was provided a test to help demonstrate my ability to write and edit. Fair, straight, adequate. They asked questions about background, commitments, and willingness to go the distance for a project.
