IBM

3 rounds: First was a written round with two coding questions sent over email. Second round was a virtual interview. It was technical, mostly C++ questions. Third round was managerial and behavioral with the Manager.

The first step was the skill interview. The interviewer was very nice. Because I could not answer some questions, I did not pass it, although the questions were not very difficult. The questions were very common and important in the project. Good luc

The interview process was good and quick. I finally received an offer, which was a positive interview experience. I have finally received the offer and joined the IBM development lab in Beijing.
