Very dissatisfied. Not great anymore. Watson is just a pitch. IBM Cloud is a joke. HW/SW are legacy. Management sucks.
IBM did not value their employees as assets. Cost-cutting is what they have been focusing on. Management sucks and treats employees like arses.
Buffett was fooled. Don't be fooled by this company again.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
There were 3 rounds after the online assessment. There were 2 technical rounds, featuring basic dynamic programming questions. The HR round was basic. Out of 42 students, 22 people were selected.
Software Engineer
I did not get to any phone or in-person interviews. The coding tests were sent out quickly after the application was submitted. I was able to solve them, passing all test cases, but was rejected pretty fast afterward.
Software Engineer (Internship)
There were three coding questions with three hours, which was pretty easy. Please send me an email about a week after the application. I have not received any updates from the company yet.
