A lot of really cool, smart people who have a strong grasp of IBM's position in the current landscape. Very little elitism and a huge push to teach the interns.
A lot of remote work, so not too much hands-on interaction with the team.
One hiring manager interview: Resume review and technical questions (conceptual data, OS, language semantics, OOP, etc.). The interview was roughly 30-45 minutes. They got back to me with their decision after a week and a half.
Two Leetcode mediums, on arrays. Must pass every single test case to proceed. Long exposition. Check the company-tagged questions, and it should be similar. That's as far as I've gotten.
My interviewer was a manager, and he was super friendly. We had a great conversation that felt more like a coffee chat than an interview. The questions were mostly about my past experiences and projects, with some behavioral questions included.
