Can manage work-life balance, but it again depends on the project you work on and the kind of manager you are working with.
IBM never worried about the low-level employees' concerns, and they just removed low-level employees if they argued anything with managers.
Managers have a lot of power.
Salary hikes are very low compared to any other software company.
Please give importance to low-level employees so that they can share their issues with management.
