One of the best companies to work with. IBM provides space for each and every employee to grow. Very good HR policies and very good management.
Being 7 years in IBM, I haven't found any cons. The company provides full space for employees to grow.

The interview process was good. The interviewer was good to hear from. They answered all questions, helped, and provided hints for any tough questions. The interviewer has good experience in Oracle tech and was a kind person.
