Great place to work, but changing..
Lots of flexibility to work in a variety of capacities with a variety of technologies. I could imagine staying at IBM forever and not getting bored.
Nearly exclusive focus on shareholder value at the expense of employee morale.
Focus more on the longevity of this 100+ year old company, than on short-term stock performance.
