Specialization of skills. You need not do much apart from your core work.
Very slow organization.
Too much paperwork and delay when doing things such as traveling to other countries, etc.
Lack of incentives.
Hikes and promotions are extremely rare.
Work towards incentives to employees to perform. Not all employees are motivated by just providing flexibility and autonomy. It promotes complacency if nothing else.
