Good for learning if you're a fresher. You'll learn how to tolerate stupid people.
Bad Management
Unrealistic deadlines.
Management has no clue on how to handle client requests. They just accept all demands and push them onto the actual working force. This creates a lot of unnecessary work which may be discarded later.
They make you work on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All the hard work is put in, and later they may discard your work, or it will simply become redundant.
My advice to people joining IBM-Airoli:
Stay away! Keep it as your last option. There is this project with client GetLife (name changed, but you'll get it). Stay away from it!
Please resign. Don't spoil the name of IBM, at least.
Two technical and one managerial interviews happened. The process took three weeks, which is a long process. They asked questions about Python programs, Selenium, Robot Framework, programs in strings, and files.
It was easy and well organized. It took 2 days to get results. The process started with a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. The interview happened in the Bangalore office.
Good and clear, and understandable. Some questions are scenario-based, and some are straightforward. Able to answer all. Coding-related, and some are domain names, and some are functions, and financial also.
