I joined IBM as a fresher 8 months back. I had not so good an experience, basically because I had a very bad account
Flexibility in work timings. And the option of work from home. Unlimited sick leave options.
Well, it depends a lot on your account.
My account was not so good; we had no weekend concepts. (Your manager is your God).
Work culture is not so good.
I joined in the testing domain, that too manual testing, so the work was not interesting and there is hardly any scope to learn. Basically no work satisfaction. :(
