Work-life balance.
Onsite, based on the project.
No work from home. Less hikes.
Easy and well-planned. Face-to-face and then over the phone. How to prioritize work: * Criticality * UFT questions * Automation * Selenium * Open-source tools Less difficulty level. Three rounds: * Two technical * One HR
Basic interview questions on IBM products were asked in the technical round. The managerial round was good. An email was received asking for documents to discuss compensation, but there have been no updates since then. The recruiter is not picking
It was a pretty nice experience. I had questions about Java, OOP, and how I should test a site. Overall, they made me very relaxed, and I really liked that it wasn't a stressful interview.
