My hiring process was simple and straightforward because I interned in the same department. It seems a lot of people came through the internship programs. In my internship interview, I was not asked any challenging questions.

It was a great experience. I was asked questions on different domains. They have very good knowledge about experience in the testing domain for IBM. It is a good company to work with as a fresher. The interview was of a full technical type.

Basic interview questions on IBM products were asked in the technical round. The managerial round was good. An email was received asking for documents to discuss compensation, but there have been no updates since then. The recruiter is not picking
