Good work environment compared to Indian companies.
Once you join, the salary will not increase much. Also, you cannot switch technologies, though you have put in a lot of effort to gain knowledge. Higher management implements plans irrespective of results. After several years, I believe not a single thing from IBM India top management improved anything. On the contrary, it impacts employees. IBM has IBM USA to get projects on US locations. So, an IBM India person may not get exposure, and contribution is limited to delivery only. In companies like CTS, their resources involve many activities to get projects. While I was talking to a person with experience equivalent to mine, I could sense the vast difference. I have been in the USA for 11 years. Those who were from CTS, working at the same position at the same time, are currently at Director, Associate Director levels. I don't see the same in IBM India.
Slow but good.
Two rounds: one with a Junior Manager and one with a Senior Manager, followed by an HR Round. The process was too time-consuming and prolonged. The compensation offered was also underquoted from the pre-informed amount. The Senior Manager acted rudel
Technical Round - You will be asked technical questions as per the job description. Managerial Round - The manager will again ask technical and behavioral questions. HR Round - You will negotiate on CTC and be asked some behavioral questions again.
