El salario tal vez no es tan alto, aunque puedes ascender si demuestras tus capacidades con hechos.
Al ser una empresa tan grande, hay mucha competitividad y trabajadores con antigüedad que tienen preferencias. Por lo que, si pretendes subir por antigüedad, tal vez debas esperar muchos años.
