Process
I applied online. The process took 3 months.
Recruiters would take a considerably long time to respond, making it extremely difficult to properly plan a follow-up interview time. Finally confirmed an in-person interview (which would require an international flight for me) THE DAY BEFORE the interview was scheduled, and only bothered to change the interview date after I pushed back.
The interview process itself is straightforward, but difficult:
- Two 80-minute interviews where each round has two new interviewers
- A lot of whiteboarding problems
The fact that they fly you out is nice, but the overall treatment and attitude toward candidates prove they do not value your time.
Questions
Draw out a block diagram for the interaction between a memory primitive (like some sort of RAM) and a wrapper for that primitive.
