Amazing benefits, very smart/caring people, lots of responsibilities given even to new grads.
Not much flexibility for remote work.
Ideally, you're in Chicago if in the US.
Initially, there is a call with a recruiter. If they like you, then it moves on to the next round. It starts off with a behavioral interview with a senior manager, followed by technical rounds. These are LeetCode-style rounds.
I applied through college or university. For the online assessment, there was a question about calculating info from an order book. It helps if you know how one works beforehand. There was only one question, and coding was preferred in C++ or Java.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I made it to the OA stage and took it. It was not terrible, passed all test cases for the first question, and 10/15 on the second, but got promptly rejected.
