Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

First round by Skype (Hyderabad):

  1. Three algorithm questions: mirror of a tree, anagrams, and one more from trees.

Second round by Skype (Hyderabad): 2. Again, three algorithm questions, nothing new, typical data structures and algorithm questions.

Third round, Skype (Dublin): 3. Asked me to scrape a job website using JavaScript. I was new to JavaScript, so it was an open-ended problem to check how I deal with new technology. After the interview, I asked for feedback for two weeks, and on the third week, they gave me feedback that due to network connectivity and technology differences between the interviewer and me, they were not able to judge me properly. So, after three weeks, they scheduled another interview.

Fourth round, Skype (Dublin and Hyderabad): Again, scraping another website. This time I had to use Express.js, which was new to me. It was a one-hour task. I did my best. By this time, I had already gotten a job from another company, so I never bothered to call for feedback. It has been around a month, and they have not sent any mail or call stating whether I am rejected or selected.

Their hiring HR is not reachable most of the time.
