The pre-onsite was fairly standard, involving a couple of phone screenings.
The on-site interview, however, was challenging.
It was a grueling 9-hour session with minimal breaks, including only a single half-hour break for lunch. The interview covered support, code, architecture, management, and more, with varying degrees of depth.
While some of the content offered significant value, it was overshadowed by several technically weak segments throughout the long day. By the end, I was uncertain if I still wanted the job, especially if the work environment mirrored the interview experience.
Furthermore, while some interviewers appeared genuinely engaged with the process and with me, others seemed disinterested or even hostile. These individuals were not people I would feel comfortable receiving a fair assessment from.
