- 5.0Excellent and very practical internship programSoftware Engineer • Former EmployeeAustin, Texas, United StatesNovember 21, 2012Pros: Start working quickly – most interns deploy code in the first week. Intern projects have front-facing impact and real-world business value. Chill, laid-back atmosphere (not just because of Herman Miller chairs!). Super nice, super smart coworkers and managers. VPs and Rony (co-founder) are very accessible and helpful.Cons: Interns are self-employed, independent contractors (this may change for summer 2013).
