Own Project, Disconnected Team
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Austin, Texas, United States
May 23, 2023
Pros: Provided a specific project planned for me. The team was responsive and really engaging. I enjoyed that I was responsible for my own project, and my project actually mattered for the team.
Cons: Even though I had my own project, I couldn't keep track of my teammates since the things that they were working on were their own.
I wish I was able to attend and provide my ideas on their tasks.
