The technical screen was done through Karat. I was told beforehand by the recruiter that I needed to pass two out of three code-solving problems to move on to the next round, and that the problems would progress from easy to hard.
The difficulty I encountered was that Karat interviews typically require about 15 to 20 minutes of general questions before the coding challenges even begin. Therefore, the remaining time to complete two to three problems seems a bit tight unless you have encountered the problems before through practice.
Additionally, this is more on Karat's side, but the interviewer I had was mumbling and very difficult to understand throughout the interview. They also seemed disinterested and not paying attention during the interview.
Medium-level algorithmic questions, similar to those found on LeetCode.
