Pros: - Free lunch, snacks
- Good personal time offs
- Nice office location in town
Cons: - Management doesn't care about your growth; they pretend to do so when it is time for reviews.
- No action, only words. Management will try to convince you they are on your side. Believe me, they are not.
- Lots of feedback is collected on different levels, but there is almost no action or follow-up on it.
- Engineering leadership cannot resolve conflicts between product and engineering.
- Time-wasting and inefficient performance evaluation process.

Cons: It really depends on what team you're on, but I think sometimes we over-engineer things. I think it makes sense to build out a really strong architecture for certain things, but not so much for others. I feel like we lean towards over-engineering most of the time.
There aren't any RSUs like you'd get at public companies, so that part of your pay may be less than elsewhere.
