Favorites Over Fairness, Good Support
Machine Learning Engineer • Former Employee
San Jose, California, United States
October 19, 2020
Pros: I left after 2 years. Within those 2 years, I had over 5 supervisors.
Supervisors all had their favorites, and it was usually the worst employees who kissed the most butt.
Cons: The demands and general lack of support for most workers. I was in a lower management position and was always available for those under me. I was able to work with some very helpful and caring management, but as a whole, the company is filled with "me first" folks.
