The take-home exercise was fun, creating a mini-game following their instructions.

The rest of the interview process felt fairly standard.

After the initial recruiter intake, there was:

  • A phone screen (1 hour)
  • An on-site loop (4 interviews)

After that, they extended an offer.

Questions

One exercise I particularly enjoyed was identifying a bug in code and providing feedback as if it was a code review. It felt like a more accurate way to measure the day-to-day work than some other, more artificial interview questions.
