It's just a churn machine, and the process is very impersonal. Expect Karat/LC questions from the start. If you pass, expect more and a very long process full of more LC or whiteboards. The only plus is that the Karat interviewer was nice.

Initial phone interviews went normally. When I arrived for the on-site interview, I was given a brief tour of the office. Unfortunately, when the first interviewers entered, I was told to remove my hearing aids. I am not totally deaf, but without th
