Has some toxic managers in Hyd. Micromanages to the level where even if you breathe, it has to be documented. Manager asks for too many things to be done in a short time.

Open PTO is a myth; nobody even takes their allocated leaves. Even when you take a leave, the manager will ask for the purpose of the leave.

Too much metric-driven work, which asks you to work as per competency metrics rather than focusing on actual work.

Focus on JIRA count.

Doesn't care about the challenges of remote work.

Too many useless meetings.

Too many tracks you will be pulled into, leading to poor WLB.

No ESPP option, poor RSU planner.

If you get 'meets expectation,' it is possible you may get a 0% hike annually.

Complex/tiring performance review process which happens every 6 months.
