The motto is good. The product has the potential to help people. Generally, employees are nice and helpful.
Too many reorgs, layoffs, and priorities changing.
It almost feels like higher-ups are saving their jobs at the expense of others.
People now need to work to save their jobs, rather than to make a great product. Not a good vibe.
Office politics has started to creep in a little now.
