Competitive salary. Great office location (it's inside the Google campus).
They acquired Mobolt Inc (Hyderabad), shutting down its complete operation and indirectly asking all the old employees to look for other jobs somewhere else. A big question is why did you acquire an Indian startup when you didn't believe in their product and technology. Was it a mistake to acquire MoBolt, or did you fail to scale it?
Here is a review of Indeed as a company in the Hyderabad office. You will always be working in your comfort zone. If you are a married guy and want to work in a government-type firm, go ahead. But if you want to learn and grow in your career, then it's a big NO. They will ask you to take initiative and work on ideas, but when it comes to implementation, your manager will drag you down; they will never support you. The company has no risk appetite; they want you to keep working on the same thing over and over again. They will face the same situation as Yahoo, who always thought they were geniuses and perfect at what they did, that nobody could lead them. See today. A company should always work on new modules/technology stacks and keep improving over the period of time. It is good for both the company and the employees. Indeed is horrible in that; your job will get frustrating once you get to know what they do!
Please listen to employees. Don't just do one-on-ones for formality if you are always going to say the same thing every day to everyone, irrespective of what is happening in the meetings.
I was on campus for an interview for the role of Software Engineer. It consisted of a coding round, followed by four rounds of interviews. Three rounds were technical, and one was managerial.

I was referred by one of my friends. I received a call from their HR. First, there was a HackerRank test, followed by four rounds of onsite interviews. HR was very cooperative in scheduling the interviews for me.
