Very competitive compensation in the Singapore/Japan region. Flexible work arrangement. Clear career growth path. Great welfare, such as:

There is no clear direction at the top level. The company hired too aggressively during 2021-2022. In 2023, revenue started dropping, and many things are different now. The management does not have a strategy to grow the business in the current market conditions.
