No work pressure. Good work-life balance. Good people.
No senior people to mentor.
No aggressive hiring strategy, so no progress in the company at all.
No new projects because of no senior folks.
No good product managers.
(This is all just my opinion, and opinions can vary for different people in the company.)
It was fast and good, very effective, and matches the actual job you are doing instead of endless DSA. There were 6 + 1 = 7 rounds of total interviews: * Screening * Whiteboard * Programming exercise * System design * Code review * Resume deep dive
- Questions on CS fundamentals. - The interviewer was very professional, and it was a two-way interview. - One question per interview. - Three tech interviews, followed by a manager round and an HR round.
I was referred by one of my friends. I received a call from their HR. First, there was a HackerRank test, followed by four rounds of onsite interviews. HR was very cooperative in scheduling the interviews for me.
