Submitted my CV at a job fair and was asked for a preliminary interview with the senior manager on site. Asked the usual questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, and expectations in five years, and so on. Was told that I would be contacted within a week to confirm for a formal interview, but alas, it has not happened.
