Most Stupid HR and Worst Experience with Cypress (aka Infineon) IOT Business Unit

After all the technical rounds completed, recruiters asked to provide all the documents and what not. They literally bugged me to provide this/that document. On record, the recruiter told me that they were working out on the offer.

Then, in a similar way, they kept on delaying for more than two weeks with excuses like: this guy is on leave, that guy is on leave, "will get back to you in 2 days," "they are discussing to make your role aligned globally," etc., when I followed up.

After around 2 weeks, I finally got a call from their end saying that "your candidature is put on hold" with stupid reasons like: "we are looking for someone with 12 yrs of experience and you have around 10 only." "Your interview feedbacks are not good."

Were you blind previously? Didn't you see the number of years of experience in my detailed resume before conducting the whole interview process and eventually ending up wasting my time??? Why the hell did you collect all the personal and professional documents??

After each of the 4 technical interviews, the recruiter contacted me within 30-40 minutes after the interview call, saying he got to hear that the discussion went well and the feedback was positive, and confirmed timings for scheduling the next round of interview. So, I'm wondering: if the feedback of each of the technical interviews was good, then how come the interview feedback became bad eventually in the end?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF NOTORIOUS COMPANY / HR / PEOPLE.

IT WILL SIMPLY WASTE YOUR TIME, RESOURCE, AND ENERGY.
