I have found the Infineon Cork office to be a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
During my time working in Infineon, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills and confidence while working with experienced engineers who are always happy to answer questions.
Also, the work-life balance is very good, and there is a real sense of teamwork.
Some processes could be improved, but feedback is always welcomed and listened to.

It was a professional interview: few questions, down to the point. They also gave a good overview of the work and the aspects of myself to be strengthened. It's nice that they didn't want to test basic stuff, as it had happened with other companies.
