Biased and Racism: Since more Indian employees and leaders are working here, so most often they give opportunities to Indians. Furthermore, when an Indian worker did a serious violation, they were just punished with a verbal warning only. Here, it truly looks unfair.
So, I would like to request that Infineon International HQ take this seriously. You guys can perform an audit of Infineon Kulim secretly so you can find why this happens. This culture is not the Infineon culture, since we are more about diversity.
