Flexible working time and can work from home 2 days a week.
Management style is very different from other semiconductor companies. You can be a Project Manager even when you don't have enough knowledge to judge the tasks of team members.
"Behavior" is also an important thing. When your output of tasks is good, but if you debate much with your colleagues, you can receive a "C" point.
How can a technical skill not be the most important thing for an engineer?
