It was a nice conversation. Pleasant. It also lasted longer than an hour. However, I had actually expected a second conversation; however, nothing came for 6 weeks. I then received a rejection.

Reached out by the recruiter and forwarded the CV to the company. There are 3 rounds of technical interview, about 45 minutes each. The interviewers were very nice and patient. The questions focused on the projects I've done.

Focus on work experience and technical issues, detailing how they were systematically addressed. I was asked about management skills and how I handle multiple engineers. It was a very detailed discussion on how issues were addressed.
