It was a virtual interview. I had a great time during the interview. There were two people who interviewed me. One of them was the manager and the other was a senior engineer.

An informal meeting is usually the first contact. Then a formal interview at the office with one-on-one interviews throughout the day. Consensus is gathered after the interviews, and the hiring manager (Director) makes the decision.

Submitted a resume, but even after a month, they were unable to advise whether I was even still being considered. Eventually, I had a first interview and was told they would let me know, but they never even contacted me. This is both rude, thoughtl
