Bagmane techpark location is crumbling with unnecessary politics being allowed. Even after mass firing, there is no change of ways. They don't even consider themselves to be a part of the BIG infineon family and still act like a small self limiting "Cypress" group. Most of the older staff quit due to change in plans and directions overnight. Attrition is uncontrolled. Extremely frustrating and technically challenged Mid Management who favour favorites and promote them since they are taken for a ride by them. No hope of growth in career and absolutely no appreciation for hard work. They punish you if you follow the 60-40 ratio because favorites sit in office all day and yet manage not to work, creating a wrong impression on real contributors WFH. Avoid or run away.
