Friendly culture with learning opportunities, but hybrid work issues
It is a friendly, competitive culture where you can learn a lot.
Mandatory hybrid work tracked per week, and transitioning between offices is not handled properly.
Allow WFH to internal employees permanently until the new office is set up, which is a waste of time in this life to just keep being stuck in traffic.
