- Only 6 months of contract provided, even if a student has more than a year before graduation
- They follow processes over people, but it should be people over processes
- I felt that people in senior roles have not upgraded themselves due to their comfort zone
- Lagging behind in AI development
- Please make processes a bit faster, as students can become overwhelmed.

It was good. Five interview feedback bases were there. So, if you are eliminated in the first round, you are gone. So, you have to practically implement things there to get selected. Even HR is tough. You have to be very smart while answering.
