I applied through their website and had an initial call with a recruiter, followed by a one-hour phone screen.

The phone screen was essentially a one-hour HackerRank challenge. My interviewer didn't really want to talk or listen to my approach to the problem. He just sat there and worked on his own things, waiting for me to finish the challenge. After I finished the coding challenge, he ran a few test cases to ensure it worked and ended the interview without asking if I had any questions for him or about the company overall.

The day after, I was contacted to have an onsite interview, which involved another three-hour HackerRank challenge and four 30-minute casual talks with different people on the team. I attended the onsite and was in a room doing my challenge. Absolutely no one approached me during those three hours to check if everything was going well. After finishing the challenge, one engineer came and asked me to run my solution and show the output. Once I provided the correct output, he simply said "good" without bothering to hear my approach.

After investing over 1 + 3 hours of my time coding, I finally got to chat with a real human. The entire interview process concluded after I invested six hours, plus commute time. The company, on the other hand, invested only two hours for the casual chats.

It was the dumbest idea ever for me to have an interview with this company. They do not truly care about their candidates at all. All they care about is spending the least amount of time and hoping to hire some good people. (Good job to whoever designed this process, and good luck with your goal.)
