I was reached out to by a recruiter via email, and we had an initial phone conversation.

After passing that, I was informed the next step would be a remote pairing interview.

During the pairing interview, I was given an application and told to implement a given set of features within one hour. This wasn't so much a pairing interview as it was someone partly watching my screen as I implemented my solution.

After completing this, I was flown out onsite.

The onsite day was from 9:45 AM to 2:30 PM and was full of mostly culture fit and some technical interviews. The final technical interview was a two-hour pairing interview. The interviewer had been out of the room the majority of the time until the interview time was over.
