The interview process is quite subjective. You can perform well in all parts of the interview and still not receive an offer. The feedback given is also very subjective.
There was an interviewer wearing a tank top, and it was evident that he did not want to be conducting the interview; talking with me was clearly the last thing he wished to do.
Even if I had received an offer, I don't think I would have accepted it because none of the people I interviewed even tried to sell the company. I suspect many are simply waiting for the company to IPO and then leave shortly after.
