There was an obvious emphasis on trying to discover positive qualities instead of dwelling on negatives.
It was a full-day interview with:

- A systems design whiteboarding session
- A 3-hour coding challenge

No constraints on framework, but React was suggested.
Whiteboard session: design a complete system for theming a multi-tenant web application.
