Benefits are great, but we need to move fast and adapt to a quickly changing corporation. There are talented minds throughout the company. The shopper experience is not heard and often underpaid.
A cult-like culture where everyone expects each other to one-up each other. There's not a whole lot of stability at times.
Pay shoppers more for their hard work and try to distinguish yourselves from the market often and rapidly.
