Fast-paced work environment, but don’t feel obligated to always work > 40 hours/week. Very competitive pay, leverages great AI tools like Cursor to promote developer productivity.

I had a recruiter call first, followed by a technical phone screen. The recruiter call was pleasant, but the technical interviewer was not paying attention past the first minute. Her Slack notifications kept going off, and I could hear her typing.
